Contact Sales* Unlimited Conversations applies to deterministic flow conversations that do not use AI while your plan is active. The number of AI-powered conversations depends on your plan’s monthly AI credits, models and usage. Trial credits cover the entire trial. Managed AI responses and platform AI features share workspace credits. There are no fixed monthly conversation or token quotas. Paid-plan credits reset each calendar month (UTC). Model settings show AI conversation estimates with token and turn assumptions.
† Channel access is a plan entitlement. Activation depends on service availability, your provider account, configuration, and any provider approval. Messaging, telephony, and external model charges may apply separately. Check availability in the dashboard before purchasing for a specific channel.
‡ Browser voice time is shared across all chatbots and visitors in one workspace. The free trial includes 1 hour total with no renewal during the trial. Starter includes 5 hours per month, resetting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month, not the billing anniversary. Unused time does not roll over. Connected time counts, including silence. Per-call duration controls and AI credits still apply. Phone integrations are separate.
